The Autistic Place is a portal for those interested in autism spectrum disorders. Our goal is to be the gathering place for individuals on the spectrum, their friends and family, educators, and researchers. This portal is about sharing information.
Creating a massive portal dedicated to autism is probably an impossible task. Still, that doesn't stop us from trying.
The Autistic Place received initial funding from the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. The concept was developed by the Department of Writing Studies, Disability Services, and the Center for Teaching and Learning.
This project is headed by C. S. Wyatt.
